Meet Sisters Who Care

Sarde Williams
Sarde Williams brings more than 15 years of passionate experience in the Charlottesville medical community. After 9 years serving patients with spinal cord injuries at UVA Health South, she spent 5 years supporting patient needs in UVA Health System’s outpatient surgery. When one of her patients told Sarde, “I’m going to bring you home with me,” she meant it. And Sisters Who Care was born.
Bianca Johnson
Bianca Johnson later joined Sisters Who Care, bringing more than 27 years of managerial and administrative experience, and 16 years of client care. Her alliance with SWC brought forth new collaborations with various clinical entities such as the ALS Association, Hospice of the Piedmont, and several long term care facilities. Numerous families and organizations have been supported by her hands-on skill and professional management.
